Well, as far as the skins go, we had better stay with the default ones, since in order to use any extra national colours everybody who takes part would have to download all additional skins, otherwise (as you probably know), due to a GTR bug, they would have no engine sounds. The aim is to make the rules of SLS WC as simple as possible and while national skins would be a very welcome addition, they might cause some unnecessary complications for the participants.
